Guess what? There are some more changes to the ABN instructions. Non-par doctors, you need to edit your ABN’s BEFORE you have your patients sign them. If you are non-par, you need to have your patients use the form below for it to be effective. Please replace all of the ABN’s you have had signed since June of this year.
